Himanshu’s responsibilities include forecasting and budgeting, setting weekly work program targets, and ensuring the accurate completion of project stages for timely payment. His strengths also extend to being well-versed in subject matter expertise, mentoring, tutoring, and providing support to his team in all aspects of work methodology, safety practices, and continual improvement.
Notably, Himanshu has been primarily managing the ongoing NBN N2P Project for Fulton Hogan. This project was successfully implemented in May 2021 and is scheduled to be completed by mid-2023.
